I liked the convenience of the location:(i) on the airport bus route; (ii) very accessible to the new Metro. I also liked the friendly and helpful staff, and the top class buffet breakfast (included).

There didn't seem to be enough no-smoking rooms, because most Chinese smoke! (Or so the gro told me)

Convenient Location and Easy Exploration

We were pleased with our choice of staying here. It's a great spot for a vacation - there's a subway station just a 5-minute walk away, making it super convenient to explore the area. 🚇

maybe you already discovered i did not like this hotel, we booked and they refused the booking, it was late at night and it was after midnight vefore they took the booking, he gave us one hour check out delay, how nice of him,,,,,,,the maid was awful, from 7am until check out she kept wanting to clean the room,,,,,,, wish the manager was as helpful, no way, there are other luxery hotels nearby, or a nice cheap one off metro, at wen monastary and north renmin, look around, ,,,

there is nothing nice to say when at midnight after a long day a hotel refuses the booking, and have to wait an hour before they do, finally a dmit their error,,, they did over tea, i said i want a shower and my room,,,

Great value for money! the gym is nicely done and the outdoor pool is wonderful. the breakfast buffet was plentiful, with lots of western options available. the hotel is located near the city center and within walking distance to great shopping areas.

The staff had difficulty speaking English, which made things a bit difficult for non-Chinese speaking guests. the rooms were nice but seemed a bit worn and lacked character.

Don't be taken in by the pictures on the portal there are 2 different set of room one is 5 star and one 4 star . Both are different in quality . The pictures are the 5 stars one . Check rates before confirmation

We recently stayed at a luxurious 5, star hotel and were impressed with the exclusive amenities offered. the health club and swimming pool provided a relaxing retreat. the bar/lounge area was a great spot to unwind, and the restaurant offered exquisite cuisine.

The only issue we encountered at this venue was the spotty Wi, Fi connection, which was only available in the lobby. the convenient location made exploring the city center, nearby shopping area, and parks a breeze.

We stayed at this hotel during Thanksgiving and it was a good experience. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious with lovely amenities. We appreciated the morning snack to-go that they offered. The hotel was located in a great spot, just a short walk to the main square and surrounded by designer stores.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality. Our room was luxurious with exclusive amenities like a private balcony overlooking the city, and a spacious bathroom with a deep soaking tub. the restaurant had a diverse menu of delicious food, and the bar/lounge area had a great selection of drinks.

The only minor issue we experienced was a slight delay in check-in due to a large group of guests arriving at the same time. However, the staff handled the situation calmly and efficiently, and we were able to check in within a reasonable amount of time.
